Day 7: Light blue giveaway and dark green winner

Goodbye, dark greens, hello light blues! If your weather has been anything like mine lately, a peek of blue sky would be a nice change. If it's going to be this gray and dreary, can we at least get some snow?!?!

First off, random number generator chose:
Marelize Ries, who said: "Oh there's no question about this one, it was this year on MY birthday, when my husband gave me both my sewing machine and over-locker, both Bernina... which I think he might regret a little, LOL, since then every spare sent we have I spend on fabric, he he he"

 Um, can we come over to your house to play with your machines?!?! Congratulations! I'll be emailing you for your mailing address. 

 The light blue pile is what you might call over the top, quantity-wise. Rivaled only by Sunday's giveaway, the dark blue pile. 
Whew! I guess I like blues. 

 It was so nice of so many of you to leave birthday wishes for my sister on Friday's post!

    I love the light blue stash fabric. I always like blue but i wish I had more yellow fabric in my stash.

    My stash has a need of yellow and orange. These are the colors I never buy! But Blue is always very welcome!Thanks so much!

    I have a good range of colours, it is neutrals that I need, a pale biscuit probably, I have white and snow.

    I'm in the middle of making a quilt of all blues so I can never get enough blue! Love the combination with yellow too, oh and then there's orange, love orange!

    Right now I am wishing my stash had more reds. Green is predominate followed by brown/tan.

    I always end up not having the colors that I need to have for scrap projects/bee blocks. But the color that I have the least of is probably orange or yellow!

    I wish my stash had more blues for my Dear Jane project but I have more green and less yellow and browns and no black!

    My stash is desperately in need of anything that doesn't involve pink. I love pink and tend to buy a lot of it. Probably the colors I have the least of are green and brown,

    I wish I had more golds in my stash! I like to do a lot of fall colored quilts and I never have all the golds in them that I wish there where.

    The two colors I'm short on are grey and peach. I have no grey and only two pieces of peach. Think I might run to the LQS and snag those three peach fabrics I saw the other day.

    I need some low-volume fabric in almost any color. I tend to go for bright and saturated, so the more subtle tones are missing. Tanks for the chance to win the blues - they are gorgeous!
